Who processes refunds
All purchases on davidpareto.com are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are therefore handled by Paddle in accordance with this policy, the Paddle Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms.
How to request a refund
- Go to paddle.net, look up your purchase with the email address you used at checkout, and request a refund there; or
- email me at [your email address] with your order number from the Paddle receipt, and I will arrange the refund with Paddle.
What happens next
The refund is paid back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days to appear. Once the refund has been issued, access to the purchased content ends.
After 14 days
Refund requests made after 14 days are reviewed individually by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy and applicable law.
